I got to visit Joy for a couple of weeks in Asheville.  It was a great trip, and it was nice to see Joy.  She is such a great kid.  Very happy, funny, and full of joy.  Here are some photos from our trip to the mountains.

This last Friday, Joy hung out with Julie while I went and edited my radio show for tomorrow. Julie and Joy, and Julie’s kids went to Warren Wilson to check out the animals. The picture where Joy looks upset is from when she got a little overwhelmed by the big pig. Apparently, however, she really liked the chickens and kept yelling, “chicken! chicken! chicken!”

Or, as Joy says, “pitabutta!”
